Another excellent feature is a steam vent to assist with ensuring a classic, crispy Italian pizza base. Package dimensions are incredibly small, this compact oven is only 960mm wide, 980mm deep and 400mm high, with a variable temperature range between 50 and an astounding 500 degrees celsius. The oven packs a hearty 6kw punch, and configured to run run either 230 or 400 volts, single-phase x3 or three-phase power. Ideals for clubs, bistro or cafes.
